Russia, China Expected to Oppose U.S. Over Darfur
This is the same Security Council that’s supposed to be the locus of the world’s collective interest and whose approval is supposedly required for any military action to be legitimate. (Anyone remember Kosovo 1999?)International News Article | Reuters.com:
